Customer information on the Packaging Act (VerpackG)

HUECK Rheinische GmbH, as a responsible industrial company and manufacturer of press sheets and press pads, ensures legally compliant and environmentally sound disposal of waste and materials such as cardboard packaging and pallets in accordance with the VerpackG. We, HUECK Rheinische GmbH, assume responsibility for complying with the legal requirements for prevention, reuse and/or directing waste and materials to recycling.

The packaging of our products must therefore not be disposed of via municipal waste collection. Instead, you have the option to return it at the place of actual handover. As we generally deliver our products on the basis of FCA Viersen (INCOTERMS 2020) or ex works, this means that you can return the packaging free of charge to HUECK Rheinische GmbH in Viersen [OR: at the sites of HUECK Rheinische GmbH]. In this case, the freight costs are borne by you. To ensure smooth processing of the return shipment, please coordinate this with us in advance. If, in individual cases, handover of our products to a customer domiciled in Germany takes place at another location, a separate agreement on the return modalities must be concluded.

Die Verpackungen unserer Produkte dürfen daher nicht über die kommunale Abfallsammlung entsorgt werden. Sie haben stattdessen die Möglichkeit, diese am Ort der tatsächlichen Übergabe zurückzugeben. Da wir unsere Produkte in aller Regel auf der Basis von FCA Viersen (INCOTERMS 2020) bzw. ab Werk ausliefern, bedeutet dies, dass Sie die Verpackungen kostenfrei bei der HUECK Rheinische GmbH in Viersen [ODER: an den Standorten der HUECK Rheinische GmbH] zurückgeben können. Die Frachtkosten gehen in diesem Fall zu Ihren Lasten. Für eine reibungslose Abwicklung der Rücklieferung stimmen Sie diese bitte im Vorfeld mit uns ab. Soweit die Übergabe unserer Produkte an einen in Deutschland ansässigen Kunden im Einzelfall an einem anderen Ort erfolgt, ist über die Modalitäten der Rückgabe eine gesonderte Vereinbarung zu treffen.
